We guarantee that the personal information we collect during the checkout process such as, your name, your address, payment records are kept secured, we take extreme precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed and it is solely for the purpose of processing your transactions more efficiently. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are only used to contact you regarding your order, unless you request to be added to our mailing list.

RETURNS:
You are purchasing a NON-massed produced Candy Woolley handcrafted product. Every item on our website has been made in our studio in South Florida using the highest quality materials. We put great attention to detail to each piece we create. We are very confident that you will be very happy with your order, however, if it does not meet your expectations, we will honor a refund. We kindly ask you to please not use the item and then return it. You will need to email us within three days of receiving your order at returns@candywoolley.com. We will email you a return form and the return address. Please pack your order the same way it was shipped to you so it does not get damaged on the way back to our studio. You are responsible for the shipping expenses of the return and we require you to ship it through a courier that provides a tracking number and to insure your package for the full cost of the invoice. We reserve the right to inspect the item being returned and if there is damage or signs that it was used we will contact you, and only in those cases we will not honor the refund. We do not take returns on custom orders.
COLORS:
We strive to depict the colors as they truly are. We cannot guarantee how your monitor or mobile devices will show.
