We are confident that you will be very happy with your order, however, if it does not meet your expectations, we will honor a refund.
You are purchasing a NON-massed produced handcrafted product. Every item in our collection has been made in our studio, using the highest quality materials. We put great attention to detail to each piece we create.
We kindly ask you to please not use the item and then return it. You will need to email us within three days of receiving your order at email@example.com. We will email you a return form and the return address. Please pack your order the same way it was shipped to you so it does not get damaged on the way back to our studio. You are responsible for the shipping expenses of the return and we require you to ship it through a courier that provides a tracking number and to insure your package for the full cost of the invoice. We reserve the right to inspect the item being returned and if there is damage or signs that it was used we will contact you, and only in those cases we will not honor the refund.
We do not take returns on custom orders.
